Millan Waters is situated in North Kent near the village of Iwade, close to the Isle of Sheppey and within easy reach of the A249, M20 and M2. The lake is between 6 and7 acres and enjoys excellent water quality throughout the season. The syndicate is a "members only" water (limited member guest tickets are available by prior agreement) and no fishing is available to the general public. Regular stockings are made consisting of rainbow, brown, tiger and blue trout, creating a unique fishing facility in this area. Rainbows are stocked into double figures with the current fishery record standing at 15lb. All Browns, Tigers and Blues are strictly on "catch and release" only. Catch and release is widely practiced by the membership and full details regarding allowances in respect of fish killed can be found under "Rules". The fishery has it's own car park, returns hut and several small boats for members use if fishing afloat is desirable. Fishing platforms are well established around the lake and members can currently expect 11.5 months fishing under an annual subscription. There is a "one-off" joining fee payable, currently £75.00. An annual subscription at present is £305.00, but both these figures are revised annually in the light of the cost of renting the lake, cost of fish, and anticipated stocking requirements. There are currently a few remaining places for the 2008/ 2009 season. If you wish to put your name forward for the current season, please either use the online Application Form or contact me directly on the information provided below. Please note, everyone on last years waiting list was offered a place. IMPORTANT INFO: Current Members, please ensure you login (using the Login link on the left) so you can access the Roll of Honours, Returns etc. Additional information can be found on the News Page.
